Rental Terms & Conditions

You are liable for our products from the time they leave our warehouse until the time we receive them back from
you. Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

Rental Deposits - In order to hold/reserve your rental, we require a non-refundable $65.00 prepayment per item
and a signed Rental Terms & Conditions agreement.

Rental Payment
All rentals must be paid before the items leave our warehouse. If you are on account, a purchase order number is
needed and must be paid within your pre-established terms. We accept payments for rentals and reservation by
Cash, Check, Credit Card and PayPal.  A 3% processing fee will be added if you opt to use a Credit Card or
PayPal for payment.

Late Returns - Our rentals are in HIGH demand. We have signed rental agreements with other customers for
these same items for their events. It is extremely important, if you opt to pickup and return - (WILLCALL) that the
equipment be returned as stated on your Invoice.
PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason the products are not received at our office for the item(s) rented, as agreed to on
your Invoice, you will be invoiced 30% of the rental fee for each day late until item(s) are received in our office. In
addition, any freight upgrades will be charged to your account.

Cancellations - We understand that sometimes plans may change and LUMINA wants to be as flexible as
possible. A reservation may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to the scheduled rental date without any additional
charge. HOWEVER, the $65.00 prepayment for your rental is non-refundable. If paying under terms, you will be
billed this $65.00. If the order is cancelled within 3 business days or less of your scheduled delivery date or WILL
CALL, you will be billed for 100% of the entire rental invoice. Acts of God and Acts of Nature do not relieve you of
your rental agreement.

If Shipping a Rental Order is Required - LUMINA will ship all items from either our office in Aptos CA via Federal
Express Ground, our preferred carrier. If you have an existing account with UPS or DHL we can ship with the carrier
of your choice, with your provided account number. We also need to know who will receive the order (the person or
shipping agent in charge) and the exact address where they will accept the order. You are also responsible for
returning the order back to our office by your contracted return date. Return the shipment of all rented items to 108
Beachgate Way, CA 95003.

WARNING: Items returned to us on our account or C.O.D. will be subject to an additional handling charge of 20%
of the shipping cost.
